Dr. Deitz-Bertke established Edgewood Eye Center in 1995. She attended Ohio University and West Virginia University and graduated from Southern College of Optometry in 1988. She did an externship at Omni Eye Centers of Louisville, Kentucky and Florence Kentucky. She is the author of numerous articles and programs on specialty contact lenses. She is married to Andy Bertke and has two children.
Dr. Ian Carr
Dr. Carr has been practicing Optometry in the tri-state area since 2007. He graduated from Ohio University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and then earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University. During his training, he completed ocular disease externships at the Brecksville VA Medical Center and the Novus Clinic in Tallmadge, OH. In his spare time, Dr. Carr enjoys spending time with his wife Brandis and their daughter. He also enjoys playing golf, basketball, guitar, and going to Reds games.
